The place is a jewel.  The communication with the office was great.  The restaurant and pool bar were tremendous.  Pascuale and Yuri were awesome.  They were responsive and helpful.  I would stay there again  without hesitation!

The hotel is located away from city centre and bus is the only connecting public transport. Bus schedule in Sorrento is kinda confusing. Therefore, it is more recommended for those who drive to choose this hotel. Yet, staffs were super friendly and helpful. With the hand offered by staff, we were able to catch the last bus from Napoli to Rome. Huge thanks for that!! Apart from that, the room was spacious and cozy. Except from the remoted location, we highly recommend visitors to choose Melrose Relais.
